Aurora is a product built in the midst of the crisis experienced in 2020 after the COVID-19 pandemic. The fourth industrial revolution, job automation and new technological developments, project an extremely competitive future for the business fabric and individual work in Colombia; In this scenario, Aurora is presented as a platform for the development of new competitive job skills. Micro-learning, Ease of Learning and Accessibility, stand out as the principles of the platform to guarantee a comfortable and fast training for people.

A quick learning experience
With more than 5 years of experience in interaction design and user research, we managed to understand our user; We know that Colombian workers do not have a lot of free time in their workday, which requires a quick and easily accessible learning experience. Taking this into account, the platform's MVP was built with interaction patterns aligned to these educational requirements.
Look and Feel
Relying on UX requirements and in a perfect balance with the brand manual, the web interface that will train Latin American workers was built from a clean, friendly and modern design.
